- Traces of principle -

As a means of photographic expression, there has long been a method of approaching a subject after understanding its true nature. This method is not only used in photography, but in art in general. I think it is a basic method of expression that is still valid in modern times.

However, it is difficult to grasp the true nature of a subject. This is especially true in today's world where science has matured. To solve this problem, I have adopted a method of changing my own perspective.

I perceive the world from an objective perspective, not trapped by the uniform stereotypes that everyone has as a human being. The way people are, the reason for the existence of life, the behavior of the world. By interpreting these things differently, I can approach the true nature of the subject.

This interpretation may disqualify me as a human being, but the view from there was fresh and everything felt beautiful. It is a bleak, expressionless, and empty space where there is no irrationality.

It is a world where only the laws of nature exist. People, other living things, and inorganic things are all on the same level, and may be "fluctuations" in the flow created by the laws of physics. I think it can also be called "traces of principle"

I continue to create works using them as subjects.
